The Twin Cities house some of the best restaurants in the Midwest, and behind any great restaurant lies an amazing chef. City Pages’ Iron Fork event presented by The International Culinary School of the Art Institutes International Minnesota celebrates these chefs and restaurants at an event not to be missed! On November 7th, at International Market Square in Minneapolis, local chefs will battle to see who can create the most appetizing and healthful dish from a secret ingredient provided by Lunds and revealed at the start of the competition. Culinary mastermind Chef Seth Bixby Daugherty of The Art Institutes and KTWIN DJ, BT, will emcee the competition and host the savory night.

In addition to the chef competition, Absolut Vodka will host a bartender competition where 6 local bartenders will go head to head for title of 'Master Mixologist'. These local bartenders will showcase their signature Absolut Cocktail to a panel of judges.

Tickets are $25 in advance, $35 at the door, and $45 VIP. VIP provides early entry at 6 p.m., second-floor seating, as well as access to a private cash bar, exclusive dessert stations and butler passed samples from participating restaurants!

All tickets include wine, liquor and beer samples as well as signature dishes from over 20 local Twin Cities’ restaurants. Net proceeds from City Pages’ Iron Fork will benefit Second Harvest Heartland, the upper Midwest's largest hunger relief organization. You and your taste buds don't want to miss this event!
